Great experience. Any questions I asked they were answered in a quick and timely manner. Few questions about price when movers came but Serge was great and explained everything over the phone. Movers said about 4-5 hours for complete move and it did take 5 hours exactly. Would recommend Big Star to anyone that needs to move.
